How to Disable Steam for Updating Games Automatically?

Hello everyone, Recently I am having a strange issue. I have installed Steam on my computer. But Steam updating the games automatically that I would not want all the time. Can anyone suggest me how to disable Steam for auto-update games?

Also, I found this article (https://silicophilic.com/stop-steam-fro ... omatically) online, it suggested the same, but there are few points that are very useful that written there. By the way, after disabling Steam for updating games automatically, my PC is running fast.
