Will the weapon customization be done in a menu option or can it be done on the fly in-game?

Will you implement a sneak mechanic and if so will it provide with some assassination moves like a throat slit? :3

How will artifacts work? Will they be passive bonuses like in S.T.A.L.K.E.R., or will we need to activate them? What sort of equipment will we need to use in game to detect and secure them?

Answered already. We have said artifacts will be more of a weapon this time. As well as abilities like bringing back the dead. Hence the artifact specialist character.

How intricate are the gun modifications? Will we be able to adjust specs on individual parts of a gun like recoil, bullet velocity, and rate of fire in the receiver and extension and ammo types in the magazine. Or will it just give you the option to add a suppressor/muzzle-brake that gives a certain boost to your stats?

At the moment, as far as I can understand is the game is separated into multiple maps; and play through is session based. My question is, will there actually be any open world exploration going on? Such as what we did in Stalker titles that I can go anywhere anytime in total freedom?

How useful will scavenging be to a player who wants to work hard at it? If the player wants to, could they scavenge for all their gear, weapons, and ammunition, or is the game going to focus heavily on the player making large sums of money in order to purchase whatever they need?

Already answered. Each map is "open-world" and exploration is a vital part of the game. One of the main reasons is to uncover the story in Survarium. There is also the "Freeplay" game mode.

I'm curious about the death mechanic, do you simply respawn? Also, what exactly happens between missions/levels, Do we hang about in menu screens or is there a world we're still walking around in?

Thanks, can't wait to get into this.

I was more getting at the how part of it though. We know that they're going to be more practical this time, but in what ways? Are they going to function like grenades, in that you throw them and they cause an effect? Or is the system going to be similar to the artifact activation mods you can find for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.?

I guess what I'm asking for is more details, I suppose. Afaik, there's only been one type of artifact mentioned so far which can "practically bring someone back from the dead", during Dev Diary #4.

Anomalies stay at the same spot, or change places, do the anomalies change on time?

I mean after players learn how anomalies work on certain places they wont be a challenge.

edit. oh some info in FAQ

Is there somekind large scale anomaly like emission and blowout?

Any plans for player-made camps (tiny houses/huts, tents, fireplaces etc) where you and your friends can stock up on ammo and other stuff, make plans and such?

Is it possible to survive without fighting? Or helping a clan as an artifact expert, gunsmith or anything similar?

Already answered. Yes, you can. However, in the PvP mode anything you loot will be gone in the next round and anything you lose will be back the next round. As for the other game modes, I'll get an answer on that.

That's interesting. Does that mean that in Teamplay you don't respawn until the next round, sort of like Counter Strike?
