__VaDiK__:Search and Destroy game mode added to rating matches!

See Chandrian? Every time I try to come back to the game, they add a mode that I hate. And now I'm definitely not going to play league :D. Research/TDM/Batteries are modes in which you earn a lot of points and there is a fight all the time. S&D is boring and slow mode for campers. You can defend the point even 2 minutes and do not kill anyone (If you care to survive and defend a point). And I will not leave the match because it is rating match, right?

I can play on RU server with 90-110 ping from Spain... but I've noticed that the netcode has been worse since like 0.57. Lots of last hits get negated even on EU server where ping difference is equal. I have lots of clips of this issue. For example in one clip 17 frames (0.28 seconds) of a 60 fps video pass between my 2nd shot and me dying, but it only registers my first shot with a 90 vs 15 ping difference. Supposedly the server tickrate is 20hz, which should mean that it would update the registered damage every 0.05s but it doesn't anymore. Lots and lots of last hits done by me right before dying get negated even in 40 vs 40 ping fights. What's worse is that you can see this on YOURSELF with bloodsplatter on your screen, but the server decides to negate the damage. I don't understand, if the opponent saw a hit on me and I saw a hit on me, why does the server negate it? I think it's time to get us a better tickrate.

For me it's my favorite mode right now, but I do know that some people will dislike it because they don't like strategic playstyle. Even though this mode is a bit like Rainbow Six Siege, where defenders can roam around the map freely.

I think I experienced that to. Like exactly before my death I manage to shoot the enemy once and I SEE the white hitmarker. Yet when the killcam starts playing out he remains at 100% health.

it would be a great mode if more players r added. 7 vs 7 or 8 vs 8.
plus SD is to simple. I would add feature like 2 min planting, while team needs to protect. or art spawn in different locations with a 10 min PVP til spawn for securing area. or securing planting area first through PVP and then art spawn and planting. or both team fighting for art in a specific spawn area and then planting in other area

ah and BTW this mode would work great with static anomalies :)))))))))

I had always same problems like da_capo has. They were more visible and sometimes less visible, but always something was wrong. If I find time for playing I'll check how it is now

Games from 2001 don't usuallly have 1024x1024 2048x2048 textures, they are 128x128 or 256x256 at most, that's why VRAM usage is low even with high resolutions...

Okay, but aren't VG replacing old textures with new, 4k, memory consuming ones at the moment? Why doing that if screen resolution is a bottleneck? Oh well, I hope 64bit client will be released soon.
