Gold purchase 10/28

I set up a purchase like I normally do for 2x2000gold (2300 gold each, so 4600 total) made the payment, it posted to my card, says payment confirmed, but then took me to the home page where it was still in my cart and I haven't received any gold yet. I thought maybe I did it wrong, and I'm sure I'll use the gold eventually, so I put in another transaction just because I thought maybe I did it wrong. That one didn't post, but still did the same thing, and I haven't got the gold yet.

Is the shop bugged?

Just to update, the 2nd charge did finally post. Still no gold from either purchase though.

sometime if you use your credit card, you need to verify it with your bank and since your bank did not transfer the money for your purchase, VG system did not detect payment therefore the order is canceled and you need to go to your bank account and set it to trust the purchase. It is like because this is a purchase oversea in Ukraine and the bank become suspicious. After you set your bank to trust VG purchase you need to purchase it again. Don't worry about the first time you did it, it is likely been cancel.

This happened to my on my first purchase that why I know about this. Luckily I sign up with my mobile banking account and the bank simply texted me and ask whether this source could be trust so I text YES.

Just an update:

So both purchases I used with Amazon Pay, Xsolla supposedly issued a refund to my card that hasn't posted yet. So I tried with another payment method, and first try it did kick it back saying it needed to be verified. So I put it through again, and the second time it just immediately issued a refund to me.

I think Xsolla is down or something. I can't get gold.

so I tried yesterday and today and am still having the same problem. Instant refunds on my credit cards and refunds issued by Amazon otherwise. I'm trying to support the game. Oh well.

I can't really help regarding this, but the only thing best would be to send a ticket to Survarium Support.
