Do you feel they are doing the right thing? Or are they just out for themselves?

I think they are somewhat doing the right thing, but of course not everyone would agree with methods of control as was hinted in the Dev Diary #5. The Average person would likely to see them as a dominant, and threating power due to the equipment they have access to being over the norm for a Scavenger or the such

To be honest I'm not too concerned with their morals. I just think their whole concept is awesome and adds the perfect "well equipped bad guys" feel to the game.

All I know is I don't want anything to do with them either way. Having that much power isn't going to be a good thing when you're operating in such a lawless area. Even if they did have good intentions, it probably wouldn't matter much.

I also have no intentions of joining them. Sure you'll get some good gear, but it won't really be yours. It belongs to the faction as a whole, since they're essentially just a large army. If you leave, they'll probably want their stuff back.

Plus you have to listen to and obey orders from your higher ups a lot, I much prefer the freedom of the Scavenger faction. But that's just me.

Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. They seek power and control, ultimately. It's their Duty.

At this point, when the shit hits the fan, they do what they need to do just like everyone else. They are ex-military and they can want their perfect little State all they want. They can't have it. All they can do is hold on. They just have the luxury of doing it while heavily armed. An enviable position given the circumstances.

Not all people can live without rules.
Personally I do not like the idea of joining them, but I want to work for them in exchange for equipment.

I think they're doing the most obvious and logical thing they could possibly do. Whether they're friendly to other factions or loners who knows. I got a feeling the R Army will be very Duty esque and will be one of the stronger factions in the game.

I think The Renaissance Army if a reference to Monolith, Duty, or even Spetsnaz, they are more like Black-Ops, gun for hire, because of their authority in these lands, they still need to keep peace and survive at their best effort, but if it there be factions as Freedom or Duty, then this army needs to prepare for war.
