This faction seems to be about understanding with a nice level of survival. Not killed by the forest (i don't see why the forest would wait and kill them later, that's human thinking), they seem to know some things. Kind of religious faction surviving with science. Interesting....

It wasn't meant to you, my bad.
As to your question, the game will consist of 3 modes, PvP, Freeplay mode (open world) and Co op. You can read more on this site.

okey, that text make them look like laid back traiders. But the picture at the top of that site, and their "bandity" black armor, would fool me.

It's more of a biker outfit.

Well, "Freedom" was anarchistic and guerrilla-style saying "leave the zone alone", whereas the Fringe Settlers are more of a pro-forest cultist/religious goup, actively fighting for the forest.

They could be a mix of monolith and freedom.

Fringe Settlers are just post-apocalyptic hippies. "We gotta respect the trees, man!"

Well, these Trees can kill people and basically are the reason for the apocalypse. Better charm them instead lol.

Burezu described them pretty well in that story she wrote way back when.

"Many of those, 'troubled' ones are brought here, for treatment, opening jobs for psychiatrists.

To the center of the base, it was the headquarters for the fringes;the place where they're going. Things were made accordingly for their purposes. Buildings were neatly made using rocks, making them a suitable life sustaining sanctuary. People around, especially the fringe members delightfully greeted them with their seemingly 'hippie' greet.

"May the forest be with you", said one, whilst holding close his flowery artifact. "H-hippi-essss", said Rat in a tiny voice. "Shut up, Rat", Thee literally kicked his ass to keep him walking down the mossy paving without causing any unwanted trouble.
"

But does the RA also take care of anomalies, mutants, anarchists and bandits?
