I've read in the "how Duga was made" interview (which is only available in Russian) that they want to adjust the maps so snipers don't see everything from one side of the map to the other by sitting in their base. How long is this going to take though? No idea. It's been a while since that interview was released, too.

Why should it be higher? U guys buffed every weapon with armor penetration and damage stats. The distance doesnt matter here.


There is not rly much to add here honestly. Players told often enough that even the TTK before this update was too short and u managed to do the exactly opposite way in making it even more shorter x) I mean… what can I say? Most Players dont like this static, campy, ratty gameplay. This is not my personal opinion, this is a fact and u guys managed to favor it even more.

If u rly want to improve the gameplay (and I told it like x fkn times) u need to go the other way around and increase overalls TTK, in best case to that time we had before 1-Tier-System and also balance the sniper rifles.

There must have been gathering data on which type of players spend the most gold, and come to the conclusion that lowIQ snipers/campers are the majority of people who do not have any financial skills and could be milked the most

I still think this whole update is an april fools joke, i dont understand 90% of the changes made

Scar has near to no recoil. With scar I even could disable -recoil points in character just to name an example.

Also u dont define TTK based on how strong or not strong the recoil is. TTK is the same - with heavy/medium/low recoil pattern… useless argument.

Increasing the aiming of snipers is a step in the right direction, but I would add a bigger sway weapon and a much faster depletion of energy while holding breath.

Otherwise, I don't understand the update much, most players want more durable armor, reduced headshot damage, etc .. For more fun from the game and not still the instant death. Or am I wrong?
But new updates are still going in the opposite direction, I don't understand why. :(

Why increasing the bullet speed to supersonic for SUBSONIC rifles like VSS, VSSK etc?

These rifles fire heavy bullets with high damage, but because PHYSICS, they're slow and have very steep bullet trajectory which needs to be compensated for.

Increasing bullet speed makes these weapons absurd "Wunderwaffe" which have flat trajectory any lamer can aim with without any need for skills, learning, distance estimation etc, yet still have all the damage power.

Please VG, at least revert VSSK bullet speed to the original subsonic. At least the VSSK!

As per snipers, there's no need to increase scope sway when they're static and hence easy targets for counter-sniping. But snipers urgently need extreme scope sway penalty when moving. A sniper doing left-right is just exploiting the game and shouldn't be able to hit anything at all.

If this was a sim, sure. But all silenced weapons sound the same within their model types, and other silenced rifles have faster bullet velocity, so why should Vychlop suffer? That's the thought behind this, I guess.

Please also try to fix the issue with the RPK-74 magazine where it's just not adding extra ammo to it despite saying that it does. Maybe delete it from the list of compatible modules for this gun."

- Barrett M82: slowdown reduced from 15% to 12%, aim time reduced from 0.9 to 0.85 sec.
- VSSK “Vychlop”: aim time increased from 0.8 to 0.85 sec.
- Neostead 2000: effective range increased from 6 to 12 meters.
- Remington 870: effective range increased from 6 to 14 meters.
- KS-23M: effective range increased from 7 to 16 meters.
- KS-23M "Catbird" : effective range increased from 8 to 18 meters.
- Summer helmet is now a visual item.
- Snow-20 Set: added energy cost to pants and torso. Rebalanced parameters of the set items.

Bug fixes

- Fixed an issue causing some assault rifles to have increased recoil randomization.
- Fixed an issue causing the player to not being able to hear the allies in a voice chat after reconnecting the headset.
- Fixed an issue when an error message was displayed after you accepted an invitation to a clan.

What does T5 have to do with anything now if even SV-98 has pre-0.63 M82 damage now?

Even R700 kills Zubr now, with +5 armor and 4% onyx: calculator, so it will kill other armors which are current meta, too.
