the balance between AK12 and SCAR was better before, with this change SCAR is useless comparing to AK12. AK12 needs to be nerfed!

Just wondering. Smokes are server-sided finally? It was very unfair to have different views on both clients.

i dont think so - i was swimming in white wall and got killed - enemy didnt have any smoke

yeah, surely not serversided...i was killed the same way in a few matches over and over. its actually real disturbing especially when the smoke screen is up 100% of the time in a match. there should be a pretty hard limit to smoke nade usage in a match. like you get to use the nade 2 times during the match or something like that, otherwise its just walking in smoke, all the time everywhere esp. when there are many human players in the match

All effects are client-side. Game state is the same across all clients and the server.
They changed the way fog looks (more dense), but they can't make it synchronize better between client/server.
It won't ever be possible 1 to 1 due to network delay and client performance.
The server tells the client the position of the enemies who are in the smoke. So you can still see the enemies if you tamper with renderer settings to remove the fog, but BattlEye should be able to prevent this.

If you refer to the killcam, the effects you see in it are shown in the present, so if the smoke had already dissipated when you were supposed to be seeing the killcam, you'll see no smoke, if that makes sense.

Hi! I edited the Survarium Gamepedia skill page and added the Technical skills - https://survarium.gamepedia.com/Skills .

Regarding the update itself and the new skill tree ... well there are some things that I personally don't like.

"Shoe lining" seems just random, and I don't mean the chances of it being triggered, but the skill as a whole. As long as you can already see and disable mines and traps, I don't think it was necessary. It produces weird prospects for both the player who lays the mine and the player who triggers it.

"The Last Chance" skill ... Don't like it, the fight is over and should remain like that (save for the bleeding). But if it's here to stay you could at least make it ONLY work on deaths that are not head-shots. Or something similar to take the edge off, like make it give full `nade damage, but with a chance of happening between 5-25%.

Didn't have much time to see them in action, though.

Endurance skill tree is bugged, can't get past 3rd grade skills. It keeps resetting up to 3rd grade.

Even If I bypass it by some graphical??? bug, it resets after game restarts.

hi,

Issue with the gold ks23M (ks23M Turdus), it's still at 10 meters, it's really not enough.

The patch notes say : "- KS -23: distance increased from 10 to 15 m."

Gold version of KS-23 uses Slug rounds. It wasn't included in the patch intentionally (you can actually find other, special versions, included but not the gold version of KS-23).

Its range on paper might seem low, but in practice it's an insane weapon for TDM or Slaughter or CQC overall, kills with 1 shot most of the time.

I'm keep getting an error of anticheat: AntiCheat detected an inconsistency of game client. Keeps crashing/restarting after the last hotfix. How can i fix it?

It's best to submit a ticket when you have such issues.

Holy shit with the new update:
snipers are camping even more... Slow aiming time, if you decrease it the sniper campers wouldnt camp so much. 0.6 for the m82 barret was good for the ocasional aim kill, but now with 0.85 even with the skills to decrease it still takes too much time. I like running and hitting the ocasional kill now i just camp like a rat. It has become super difficult to move , aim and hit... now it is stay still stay still and hit it.

You criticize snipers campers while you do the same, WTF?

Anyway; decreasing aiming time is not a way to nerf SR's. It doesn't matter if aiming time is 0.5 or 1.0s, it's still too easy to control crosshair sway, even for newbies... so just imagine what good players with fast reflex can do with srs...
Another issue is the accuracy while moving, there is almost no penalty for this. You can easily run & gun without much problems and the accuracy is almost the same as you would stay in one place.
