Survarium Patch 0.57 Highlights
Technical Skill Tree
While designing the new skill tree, our goal was to come up with more interesting abilities than simply increasing a characteristic by 1%. Of course, not all technical skills introduce new gameplay mechanics, but we tried to create enough abilities that do. Some of them may seem too strong (and they could be), so expect more balancing and fine tuning in the upcoming updates.

Balance Changes
We would like to see you using a larger variety of weapons in Survarium, so we are decreasing effective distance of assault rifles and increasing pistol damage. Many people complain it's too easy to use sniper rifles, so it now takes longer to aim with SRs to reduce quickscoping. The changes are also made to some of the less frequently used supplies. In addition to its current effects (reducing bleeding damage and stopping power affecting your character), Anesthetic will provide total immunity to fractures.

Updated Grenade Smoke
We continue to work on the new renderer, and one of the most prominent changes is a new visualization of the smoke grenade particles. The smoke is darker and more dense, so it’s possible to spot other characters in the smoke only at the distance of a few meters.

The List of Changes in Survarium 0.57a
General Changes

- Elo ranking is now the same for all game modes (except leagues). This should improve matchmaking speed and make the matches more balanced.
- Your new ranking corresponds to the ranking in the mode when it was the highest.

Character Skills

- Introduced new skill tree: Technical.
- All characters' unlocked skills were reset for free. You will get the skill points back and can redistribute the m.
- Improved smoke grenade. Now the smoke is darker and more dense, so characters are harder to see.
- Equanimity skill now reduces demasking radius by 5%, 10%, 15% depending on the skill level.
- Firm grip skill now reduces dispersion when moving by 2%, 4%, 6% depending on the skill level.
- Accuracy skill now reduces dispersion when shooting from the hip.

User Interface

- Instead of a time stamp a timer is now displayed in the matchmaking penalty window. When the timer reaches zero, you can enter the queue again.
- Now the ingame chat closes when you click any window in the Premium shop.

Weapons, equipment and supplies
General Changes

- Changed how optical sights affect dispersion and recoil. It is now harder to shoot with x3 and x4 sights, compared to version 0.56. And it's easier to shoot with x6 and x8 sights, compared to version 0.56.
- Sight Sway modifier parameters on optical sights decreased to -10%...-30% (with increments of 2%).
- RGD-5: damage increased from 150 to 170.
- RGO: damage increased from 130 to 150.
- Now your character will not receive fractures when under the effect of Anesthetic. Its other effects (reducing bleeding duration and stopping power affecting your character) remain the same. Anesthetic duration is unchanged: 10 sec.
- Motherwort extract: bonus changed from "Resistance against fractures +30%" to "Sight sway -15%".

Sniper Rifles

- Barrett: M82: aiming time increased from 0.65 to 0.8 sec.
- ASVK: aiming time increased from 0.7 to 0.8 sec.
- VSSK Vychlop, SV-1367 "Dusk": aiming time increased from 0.6 to 0.65 sec.
- Mosin carbine: aiming time increased from 0.4 to 0.5 sec.
- Remington-700, SV-98,ТOZ-122: aiming time increased from 0.45 to 0.55 sec.

Assault Rifles

- AKM, AKM'65.: effective distance decreased from 60 to 45 m.
- Valmet Rk.62, Valmet Rk.62 NY 2017: effective distance decreased from 60 to 45 m.
- AKS-74U, AKS-74U: "Corsair": effective distance decreased from 50 to 35 m.
- М4A1, М4A1 "Hi-Tech", M4A1 NY 2017: effective distance decreased from 65 to 50 m.
- AK-74M: effective distance decreased from 70 to 50 m.
- AК-74N, AК-74N'82: effective distance decreased from 75 to 55 m.
- FN-FNC, FN-FNC NY 2016: effective distance decreased from 65 to 50 m.
- VEPR, VEPR "Wanderer": effective distance decreased from 65 to 45 m.
- VZ-58P, VZ-58P "Lab.": effective distance decreased from 60м to 45 m.
- MSBS Radon: effective distance decreased from 70 to 50 m.
- L85A2: effective distance decreased from 65 to 50 m.
- 9A-91, 9A-91 NY 2019: effective distance decreased from 55 to 35 m.
- H&K 416A5, H&K 416A5 "Shamrock": effective distance decreased from 65 to 50 m.
- OTs-14: effective distance decreased from 45 to 35 m.
- VSK-94, VSK-94 "Guardian": effective distance decreased from 70 to 50 m.
- SR-3M, SR-3M "Vikhr": effective distance decreased from 40 to 35 m.
- AS-VAL, AS-VAL "Halloween 2018": effective distance decreased from 45 to 35 m.
- A-545, A-545 NY-2018: effective distance decreased from 65 to 45 m.
- AК-12, AК-12М1: effective distance decreased from 65 to 50 m.
- ASh-12, ASh-12 NY 2016: effective distance decreased from 45 to 30 m.
- FN SCAR-H, FN SCAR-H "Legend": effective distance decreased from 70 to 55 damage decreased from 39 to 38. Armor-piercing decreased from 28 to 27. Penetration improved from brick to steel.
- VSS, VSS "Vintorez": effective distance decreased from 70 to 50 m.
- VHS-2, VHS-2 "Halloween 2016": effective distance decreased from 60 to 45 m.

Submachine Guns

- Ots-02, Ots-02 "Kiparis", AEK-919К "Kashtan", PP-91 "Kedr": damage increased from 36 to 41.
- PPSH-41: damage increased from 36 to 38. Armor-piercing increased to 17.
- PP-2000, PP-2000 "Ornament", PP-19-01, PP-19-01 NY 2018, PP-19-01 "Vityaz", H&K MP5, H&K MP5 "Shamrock", Kriss Vector, Kriss Vector "Shamrock", H&K MP5 "Bloodlust": Armor-piercing increased from 11 to 14.
- UMP-45, UMP-45 NY 2016, UMP "Halloween 2019", Uzi: damage increased from 48 to 50, Armor-piercing increased from 14 to 16.
- H&K MP7: reduced recoil. Decreased horizontal barrel sway.

Pistols

- M1911: armor-piercing increased from 14 to 16.
- APS: damage increased from 38 to 41.
- Yarygin pistol: Armor-piercing increased from 11 to 14.
- Cz-75: armor-piercing increased from 11 to 14.
- Glock-17: damage decreased to 35, Armor-piercing increased from 11 to 14.
- Beretta: armor-piercing increased from 11 to 14.
- Colt Python: damage increased from 57 to 60.

Shotguns

- MP-153, Spas-12, Benelli M4, Saiga-12: distance increased from 20 to 22 m.
- Vepr-12: distance increased from 25 to 28 m.
- Jackhammer, Pancor Jackhammer: distance increased from 22 to 25 m.
- TOZ-66: distance increased from 15 to 18 m.
- KS -23: distance increased from 10 to 15 m.

Bug Fixes

- Fixed an issue when you received a penalty if you left the queue right as a match was starting.
- Fixed an issue when the loading screen did not disappear after connecting to a match.
- Fixed an issue when the post match screen had empty players' profiles.
- Fixed an issue when a random player's profile was selected on a post match screen.
- Fixed an issue when the post match screen had incorrect number of bots.
- Fixed an issue when decals window was not updated after changing an account.
- Fixed an issue when it was impossible to go to the inventory tab from the achievements tab.
- Fixed an issue causing screenshots to not be created.
- Fixed an issue when tutorial subtitles were displaying in the next match.
- Fixed an issue when login form disappeared after entering incorrect password and continuously clicking on the login button.
- Fixed an issue when stationary sensor model did not disappear from the location after you resupplied using an ammo box and set another sensor.
- Fixed one of the issues causing match server to crash.

Download Survarium 0.57 and check it out! Hopefully you'll like the changes.

Yup. I found match after 20 min when 60 people were looking for a match on EU server. And because I mostly played TDM late night, I have very high Elo, because of bots. So now I have the same Elo on research. There was no chance for win or even hold 1 point :(

But if someone have same problems, I found solution :)

I get to the match after 5 minutes waiting, than I was kick out just at the end and no way to back?

most russian players r immortal now, wont take any damage no matter what
no penalties to snipers, matches swarm with snipers resulting in low quality game play
mines r annoying AF
impossible to counteract light armor/smg mix + low delay. they have an advantage of at least 0.5 sec
really really shitty game play quality
technical tree...who gives a shit about that. its a lot more annoying rather then useful
drop grenade upon death was really really a shit decision. I would fire the person who came up with such shit. it destroys every bit of fun in this game
every effect has a counter effect. radar has an anti radar, mines have a metal detector shit etc etc. mindless direction...
MM is shit again. its simply useless to play solo....squad is the only way
nothing of what we requested was taken in consideration. only useless mindless things were added, no search and destroy, no initial work on static anomalies, no penalties to sniper, no rework to new map, nothing

Ill be back when its worth playing

BTW

btw, there is a new static anomaly on every map. some sort of ugly grey dark fog. appears out of nowhere and its localized for a specific period of time. it just sits there and does nothing. its like someone left the frying pan burning way to long. it looks unnatural, like an artificial cloud popping in the middles of nothing

Also got problem with physical skill tree when assigning skill points; when placed points it locks them from half way and says you need more points placed, even if u fullfill requirement to place on next level, which makes you have to place more than what is actually needed for next level of skill. Even if i pay to reassign all for physical tree the problem reoccurs.

Edit: Did one match and weapon balance felt better than previous match, assault rifles werent as OP i thought, but it was just one match though. Didn't feel like you died as fast too.

my KS -23 with all upgrades had range 20 before - dont remember what the base was but lets say it was 10 as said here "KS -23: distance increased from 10 to 15 m" - well it still has same 20 range atm so ......

enemies T-baggin their own mines ..... thats the cherry on top of this pile of crap this update is - sorry - but this tech tree is utter trash. I would understand that maxed out skill would give 20% chance of not activating a trap - but this is just a joke

also - game never had problems with snipers running and gunning - few reaction shots here and there maybe .... ont he other hand snipers camping in bushes you cant see and with this insignificant amount of aiming time added they gonna camp even more - if anything higher zoom scopes should be slower aiming

Dunno what happened with netcode but the 2 games i played were just awful - me ping 20 running around - player ping 100+ runs from around corner - the moment i see im insta dead - from killcam i see him standing and shooting at me while im running with no worries towards him - sure this shit has happened before but not like this
